What to put in the prompt
- Give the bore (inner diameter), the outer diameter and the thickness or length.
- Add 0.2 to 0.4mm to the bore for a clearance fit on a printed part: 8.4mm for an M8 bolt.
- Say flanged, stepped or chamfered if you need it, and give those sizes too.
- For a bushing that spins, say press fit on the outside and clearance on the inside.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make a washer for a specific bolt?
Yes. Name the bolt: a washer for an M6 bolt. The generator uses the standard clearance hole. Or give the exact hole size yourself.
Can I make a batch of different sizes?
Each generation builds one part. The dimension sliders let you change the bore, outer diameter and thickness and export again without a new prompt.
